1 tub Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese
1/2 cup water
1 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs capers brine
1⁄2 Nori sheet (chopped or blended)
Carrots
Red Onions, optional
Chives
Bagel
Directions
1. Make carrot ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
2. Steam the carrot ribbons for about 5 minutes. Let cool.
3. Prepare the marinade sauce with all other ingredients.
4. Add the carrot ribbons to the container with the marinade and leave it in the fridge to marinate overnight.
5. Serve on a bagel with Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese, red onions, and chives.
